The self-adjusting Active Valve gas system in the Silver autoloaders uses gas from fired shells to operate the action instead of contributing to recoil. The Active Valve-equipped gas piston automatically adjusts to reliably fire a wide range of loads. The Sliver also features a gold-colored trigger and semi-humpback receiver. The Black Lightning model features a polished blued metal finish, gloss walnut stock, and Invector-Plus flush chokes.
